Heart Scars

"Time has washed away the pain from the wound, but after the wound has healed, it still has scars, and the scars we see still remind us that we used to be in that place before." When we can see that we have wounds, it means that we are not dead yet. This scar still reminds us that we used to be negligent. We used to be treated with bandages and we did not leave the wound. It often reminds us that we must be more careful no matter what we do, because accidents and bad things can happen at any moment. If there is a physical injury, it may be cured by medication or medication, but if there is a mental injury, what is the way to treat it? The treatment of mental injuries is very different from the treatment of physical injuries. Because of the trauma, no one can see from the inside how scary and painful it is. People with trauma will be able to figure out how to treat this trauma on their own. The best medicine to heal wounds and pain is time. Time will heal all those scars. But it does require patience and perseverance. The murky water needs time to come back clear, a sore heart also needs time to heal as well. However, although trauma can heal over time, there will be times when the pain will return. It is true that the pains of the past often haunt us when we forget and allow the mind to drift aimlessly. The mind will dig out the pain if it is not properly controlled. But it's okay, because the pain will go away in a short time. We can not force it to disappear at will. It's like a glass of clear water in front of us, how do we wash away the filth of water? It is only a matter of waiting for it to return to a transparent state for a while, waiting for the frost to fall to the bottom of the glass.
